Itinerary Detail

Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport, you’ll be assisted by our tour representative, who will swiftly transfer you to one of our listed hotels near Kaziranga National Park in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. After checking into your hotel, enjoy a leisurely afternoon to relax and soak in the serene surroundings. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Wake up early for an elephant safari from 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM in the western range of the national park. Here, you can spot the majestic one-horned rhinoceros, tigers, wild buffaloes, elephants, deer species, pythons, and migratory birds. After that, you will return for refreshments. Later, enjoy a cultural journey to a nearby village, where you’ll witness local life and livelihoods firsthand, guided by our knowledgeable and friendly local guide.

Explore the serene Tea Gardens and Orchid Sanctuary, with renowned gardens like Methoni, Hathkhuli, Difalu, Borchapori, and Behora. Later, you will head to Dawki, just 20 kilometers south of Mawlynnong. Here, you will explore Dawki Bridge, a suspension bridge over the Umngot River. You can enjoy boating in this crystal-clear waters resembling a glass surface. Afterward, head back to Shillong, where you’ll check into your hotel for a relaxing overnight stay.
