Valley of Flowers National Park

Nestled high in the Western Himalayas of Uttarakhand, the Valley of Flowers National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its breathtaking landscapes and extraordinary biodiversity. Known as one of the most beautiful alpine meadows in the world, this valley bursts into a spectacular display of colors during the blooming season, with over 500 species of wildflowers carpeting its slopes. Beyond its visual charm, the park carries historical and spiritual significance. It has been mentioned in ancient scriptures and is believed to be the place from where Hanuman collected the mythical Sanjeevani herb in the Ramayana. Its serene setting, framed by snow-capped peaks and glacial streams, makes it not just a trekker’s dream but also a sanctuary for nature lovers and spiritual seekers.
